Digital Product Policy

This Digital Product Policy applies to digital resources purchased from Steadelle.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically through the website, by email, or through a download link after payment is successfully processed. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the device and software needed to open the purchased file.
If you do not receive your product or cannot access the file, please contact Steadelle through the Contact page. We will make reasonable efforts to resend or restore access to a properly completed purchase.
Refunds and Replacements
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final and nonrefundable once the product has been delivered.
Steadelle will review requests involving:
- Duplicate charges
- Receipt of the wrong product
- A damaged or inaccessible file
- A purchase that was not authorized by the account holder
- Failure to receive the purchased product after reasonable troubleshooting
Requests should be submitted through the Contact page within 14 days of purchase and should include the purchaser’s name, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Personal-Use License
Each purchase provides a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the resource for the purchaser’s personal, household, classroom, or internal organizational use, as stated in the product description.
Unless written permission is obtained from Steadelle, customers may not:
- Resell, redistribute, upload, or publicly post the product
- Share the purchased file with unrelated individuals or organizations
- Remove Steadelle branding, copyright notices, or ownership information
- Copy or adapt the resource for commercial sale
- Claim the resource or its contents as their own
Educators and organizations may print or use the resource with the learners they personally support, but may not distribute the original digital file beyond the scope of the purchased license.
Product Descriptions
Steadelle makes reasonable efforts to describe each product accurately. Colors and formatting may vary slightly depending on the customer’s screen, printer, software, or accessibility settings.
Educational Use
All Steadelle products are educational resources. Purchasing or using a product does not create a professional-client, therapist-client, social-worker-client, attorney-client, medical-provider-patient, or coaching relationship.
Changes to This Policy
Steadelle may update this policy when its products or business practices change. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
